It’s a Sin comes to Hall for Cornwall in Truro from 23 to 25 September 2027. After the summer break this is the first date of the autumn, and the company’s only Cornish run.

Rambert’s work is inspired by the Channel 4 series by Russell T Davies and follows four friends through 1980s London and into the years of the AIDS crisis. It is a story told through dance about who gets remembered, who gets left behind, and how we choose to live now.

It is directed and choreographed by Rambert’s Artistic Director Benoit Swan Pouffer and performed by the company’s dancers, with design by Luke Halls and costume by Susan Bender-Whitfield.

Truro is part of the tour supported by Arts Council England’s Incentivising Touring scheme, which exists to bring large-scale productions to regional venues.

Tickets for Truro are not on sale yet. Sign up for Rambert news to hear when they are released. The production contains strong language, sexual content, partial nudity, and themes of HIV and AIDS, grief and homophobia.
